Please be aware that holidays or weekends do not count as business days and should be taken into consideration before placing an order.
SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION
**Signature confirmation is added to EVERY order, you must be present to sign in order to receive your package. It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping information at the time of ordering. This is all to ensure the safe delivery of your purchase.
Tracking information is provided to each customer & it is tracked from the time it is also sent to you.
SHIPPING INFO
We currently only ship within the United States. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Please be sure to enter in your correct shipping address and email as to avoid any delays and ensure that you receive updates regarding your shipment. Once USPS has your order, Hair Concierge Wig Co. is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. This policy is also applicable to any hair that is sent in for wig creation. Once it has been shipped, USPS is responsible; in the event an issue occurs you will need to contact them directly.
SHIPPING + PROCESSING
Hair Concierge Wig Co. raw extensions and wig units are sold exclusively online. For hair extensions, please allow 7-10 business days for processing. Shipping is 2-3 business days via USPS. In-stock units in our Featured Unit Collection, will be shipped in 2-3 business days.
We strongly advise that you do not wait until the last minute to place your order- especially if you need a product for a specific day/event. We advise that you plan for unanticipated delays. We will provide a tracking number once the order has shipped. Hair Concierge Wig Co. is not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please remember that holidays and weekends do not count as business days and should be taken into consideration when placing an order.
REFUND POLICY
Please be aware that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to federal regulations and the nature of our products, Hair Concierge does not offer returns or refunds. According to Federal law, you can not return human hair products that have been used. This includes removing the hair from bundle state and trying it on. Any unauthorized returns will be refused and sent back to you. We adhere to these strict policies as it regards to hygiene and the law. Please be sure that the head circumference measurement chosen for your custom unit is accurate as we are not responsible for a unit that does not fit. By completing your order, you agree to these terms.
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. If you place your order on a holiday, your order will be shipped the next business day.
