Custom unit order openings are announced monthly. Using the provided request form, current and new clients are able to place a specific wig ordered customized to their preference. Be sure to include a photo(s) of the desired outcome, first and last name, and all contact info.

After an order has been placed (invoice paid and confirmation form filled out), you will then be allowed to schedule an installment service under the discounted install services listed under Wig Services --> Hair Concierge Frontal/Closure Wig Install. If you are out-of-state, you will have the option to have your unit shipped to the address provided upon confirmation.

All units are:

- Constructed using a sewing machine
- Comes styled to your liking/specifications
- Beginner friendly - 100% glueless!
- You have the option to provide your own hair or to purchase hair for this service.

If you wish to provide your own hair: please fully read and follow the hair guidelines below. Failure to provide any hair or lace that does not follow these guidelines will result in a return of your hair and full refund of your purchase.

- Bundles must be clean, thread free, and labeled (ex. 22" bundle, 18" lace)
- NO cut wefts
- Lace must either be new or gently used (no leftover adhesive residue, holes, bald patches, etc).
- Human hair only (virgin or raw). NO synthetic hair.
- Transparent or HD lace only.
